3 Day Serengeti Fly-in Safari: Without having to make the lengthy five to six-hour drive from Arusha, take in the Serengeti’s spectacular magnificence. Our three-day fly-in safari in the Serengeti provides a more effective and engaging experience. From Arusha, take a picturesque one-hour flight to the Serengeti’s center, where your knowledgeable guide and car will meet you. With only 15 kg of luggage allowed per person, you can travel light and concentrate on the amazing wildlife experiences that lie ahead. Admire the rich ecosystem, travel over the huge plains, and see the Great Migration.
Day 1: Evening Game Drive in Serengeti National Park after Flying from Arusha
We will transport you to the domestic airport in Arusha after picking you up from your hotel or the international airport. The reporting period is one hour. You are only allowed to bring 15 kg of luggage on your flight. Take off for the Serengeti; the flight should take around an hour. When you arrive, our guide will meet you at the airport and drive you in a 4×4 safari vehicle to your reserved lodging. Enjoy a mid-morning game drive or go straight to our reserved lodging for lunch and some free time at the lodge if your flight arrives early. In the late afternoon, usually around 3.30 pm, go on a Safari Gamed rive where you can explore the Serengeti’s surrounding areas and witness its incredible wildlife. In time for dinner, return to the lodge or camp by the evening, usually between 6 and 6.30 pm.
Day 2 Game Drives in Serengeti National Park for the Entire Day
A full-day game drive across the Serengeti plain is planned for today. Savor a memorable day of game viewing in Tanzania’s top national park. We stop for a picnic lunch in the African bush during the day. The Big Five of Africa—the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo—as well as an amazing variety of other animals are expected to be visible here. We head back to our lodging for dinner and an overnight stay following an amazing safari day in Serengeti National Park.
Day 3 Fly back to Arusha
If time permits, you will take part in an early morning game drive prior to breakfast and check out, depending on the departure flight we have scheduled. You will now say goodbye to the Serengeti as you are taken to the neighboring airport for your one-hour journey back to Arusha. Our driver-guide will be waiting for you at the Arusha Airport when you arrive so you can continue on to your accommodation or the international airport.
