Seronera Visitor Information Centre
The Seronera Visitor Information Centre provides travel information for Seronera, situated within the renowned Serengeti National Park. A little tourist settlement constructed on a Koppie situated in the quaint town of Seronera, within Serengeti National Park. It consists of a welcome area, video room, curio stores, a café with an outdoor seating area, administrative offices, and other illustrations providing information about the park.

One illustration depicts an elevated pathway constructed around a collection of rocks and trees, highlighting the wildebeest migration. Each location on the walkway signifies a distinct phase in the migration, accompanied by plaques containing information pertinent to that specific phase.

Best time to visit?
Any season is suitable, with the initial months being ideal for observing the wildebeest migration. A reliable 4 x 4 vehicle is advisable for visiting the plains during the rainy season from March to July.

The visitor center is situated around 500 meters north of the Seronera Airstrip and an equal distance south of the settlement. It is centrally located inside the Serengeti, a park internationally acclaimed for its expansive grasslands and the wildebeest migration.

What is the method of arrival?
Travel can be accomplished by vehicle or by flight, utilizing the Seronera Airstrip followed by hired transportation to the destination. Alternatively, it requires around a 2-hour drive from both Ndabaka and Naabi Hill gates to reach the destination, either a passenger bus, private vehicle, rental car, or tour transport.
